  The Southern California Basque picnic is on Sunday, July 4 at the Chino Fairgrounds on Edison and Central avenues in Chino. Festivities will probably get underway around 11 with a mass, followed by the barbecue lunch.
  The Chino picnic is Sunday, Sept. 5, with a similar schedule, at the same location. Check our calendar of events as the date gets closer, to see if there are more details.
