Speakers, students and aficionados of the Basque language can now download a free android app with a dictionary that translates words in Euskera and Spanish
The app has a memory to store all the translated words so internet traffic is reduced and translated words can be accessed with minimal connection problems, according to developer Arima Pinturi. You can download the app via the widget below.
Euskera is the most distinguishing ethnic characteristic of the Basque people and is the bond that glues Basques together. Euskera is largely different from the Romance languages spoken by the European people who surround the Basque Country. To this day, its origins are a mystery.
